Residential Repossessions

We are now able to advise and assist landlords of residential properties, in repossessing their properties from tenants who have failed to comply with the terms of their Tenancy Agreement.

We prepare and serve a Section 8 under the Housing Act 1988, for each tenant who is a party to the Tenancy Agreement, and complete a Certificate of Service to present to the Court when an Application is made for a Hearing  for possession.

We will attend the Court with the landlord to assist and present all the papers to the Court, and when an Order is made, apply to the Court for a Warrant of Possession.

The charges for this service is extremely competitive to other agencies, and less than solicitors.

Under the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Act, the earliest that repossession proceedings can commence is when a Tenant is two months in arrears. Start the process as soon as you can, as rental income is lost on a daily basis, and it can take many months to finally obtain possession.
